Patine Kari workshop
Down town Tehran, a cheap Patineh Kari workshop.
Its a work on metal, the process is almost like making a macro electrical circuit board. They draw the designs (copies of historical patterns) using the computer, then they cut it on big plastic sheets (lithography ?) the metal sheet is covered by the plastic sheet. Then they put it in an acid pool, so the pattern comes out on the metal, the last stage is painting the thick and thin parts.
